Visual Studio 2013 Update 4 - Can't Install, Error - "A required license extension is not installed"
After installing Update 4 for Visual Studio 2013, I can't install any extensions in Visual Studio (or the built-in VS tools). I get the following error message:
"A required license extension is not installed."
I looked at Microsoft's site, and found that the latest update to the extension manager for VS2013 is March 14, 2014, so I uninstalled all previous versions of the extension manager, but I still get the same error message.
I don't get the error message when installing extensions from the Microsoft Store.

I tried this and the same error occurred:
A required license extension is not installed.
I then went to the online store to update the
Microsoft.VisualStudio.ExtensibilityHostingWizard (version 1.0.5078.0)
extension and followed the instructions from "License Status
Changes" in the description for VS2013.
I can't vouch for the link.
